The Versatility of the Box Punch Board!

Price$19.95  133774
All these boxes were made with the same size paper (12x12) ~ they all differ in size because when using the Box Punch Board, I scored them all differently.
Using the 12x12 paper, I scored this on the small score line - the box measures 6 inches tall, 1&7/8 deep and 1&7/8 wide.

Using the 12x12 paper on this box and using the medium score lines the box measures 5&3/8 inches tall, 2&1/2 deep and 2&1/2 wide.

Using 12x12 paper and using the large score lines this box measures at 4&5/8 tall, 3&1/4 deep and 3&1/4 wide.

Using 12x12 paper and using the XL score lines which the Box Punch Board calls for with this size paper, you get the largest box you can make and it is 4x4x4 inches.

When playing with the different score lines, I have found it best not to use the third score line, which is the vertical score line and to cut out the corner sections instead and creating tabs to glue the box sides together. Otherwise you end up with a great deal of extra paper that gets in the way.
You can also cute the corner flaps when working with double sided paper to show off the pretty paper ~ just glue one of the flaps on the back of the side of the next side and then use a glue dot to hold the flap back on the outside of the box. Finish it off with an embellishment or cut out stamped image!

Finished box with corner flaps cut in half and flipped to the outside of the box to show off the other side of the paper.

Same size box as above, flaps left in tack on the inside of box, decorated with a strip of paper and ribbon.
